Does Scanii comply with GDPR?

Yes, Scanii is GDPR compliant. We have recently consolidated our Privacy Policy to clearly explain what information we collect, why we collect it and how we protect it.  If you require a Data Processing Addendum, we have incorporated it into our Terms of Service and included the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) to extend GDPR privacy principles, rights, and obligations everywhere personal data is processed.
