How do I add a user to my account?
A scanii user can participate in many accounts at once and switch between accounts using our dynamic account switcher.
Inviting a user to join your account
To invite other users to join your scanii account, follow these simple steps:
- Go to your account/users settings page
- Click on "Invite users to join this account
- Enter a name for your account (so it can be easily reference later) and enter the email of the user you would like to invite
The invited user will then receive an email with a one time token granting them access to that account.
A few things to keep in mind:
- The user you are inviting to join your account must have an existing scanii.com account or create an account here first.
- A single user can be a member of many accounts
- Users can be added/removed from accounts at any point
