How do I add a user to my account?

A scanii user can participate in many accounts at once and switch between accounts using our account switcher

Inviting a user to join your account

To invite other users to join your scanii account, follow these simple steps:

  1. Log into your www.scanii.com account
  2. Click on Team
  3. Click on the "New member" button

  4. Add up to 7 email addresses to invite, then click on "Send invites"

The invited user will receive an email with a link to create an account and accept the invite:

A few things to keep in mind:

  • The user you are inviting to join your account must have an existing scanii.com account or create an account at www.scanii.com/signup
  • A single user can be a member of many accounts
  • Users can be added/removed from accounts at any point
