How do I change subscriptions?
We understand that our users needs change from time to time which is why we offer flexible monthly and annual subscription plans. Just follow these steps to upgrade or downgrade at any point during your billing cycle.
1. Log into your scanii.com account
2. From Account → Billing

- Click on customer portal - which will take you directly to Stripe where you can cancel, upgrade and manager your payment settings

4. Your new plan will be activated once your payment has been processed 🎉
