How do I change subscriptions?

We understand that our users needs change from time to time which is why we offer flexible monthly and annual subscription plans. Just follow these steps to upgrade or downgrade at any point during your billing cycle.

1. Log into your scanii.com account

2. From Account Settings > Plans & Billing > Change my Subscription Plan

3. Next, you'll see all available monthly plans; our yearly plans are just a click away

4. After selecting a new subscription you will need to Review the Plan Selection and Billing Information

5. Your new plan will be activated once your payment has been processed.
